Yes, signing up is free and there is no monthly subscription. Every new account gets free welcome coins to start using Rooftr. When you need more, buy a credit pack from the Plans & Credits page and use credits for actions like property search, owner contacts, listings and reports.

Simply sign in to your account, go to your dashboard, and click "Add Property". Fill in the property details, upload photos and documents, and publish. Your listing goes live instantly and becomes discoverable to brokers and occupiers on the platform.

Every enquiry on your listings is automatically captured as a lead in your smart CRM. You can track leads through customizable pipeline stages, assign them to team members, set follow-up reminders, and see complete activity history in one place.

Yes. Rooftr supports multi-user accounts with role-based permissions. You can create teams, invite members, control who can view or edit listings and leads, and track individual performance from a single admin dashboard.

Pick a credit pack on the Plans & Credits page and complete the payment. The credits are added to your Rooftr wallet straight away. Each pack shows its price, number of credits and validity, and GST is added at checkout.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer with invoicing. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
